Better War Through Archery — The Barony hosts a spirited event each year of archery, thrown weapons, activities, and fellowship.
Baronial Birthday — This is a special gathering to celebrate the Barony’s birthday!
Simple Day — The Barony hosts a lively event with armored, rapier, archery, thrown weapons, and arts & sciences.
Pennsic — Join the Barony as we join the Middle Kingdom for combat, activities, and more alongside the Kingdom of the East.
Post Pennsic Picnic — Come and break bread after Pennsic every year!
Baronial Yule — The Barony gathers every year around Yule to celebrate another year!
Regular Activities
Calendar — All the activities, meetings, and events throughout the year appear on our Baronial Calendar.
Demonstrations — The Barony of Sternfeld frequently does demonstrations of medieval combat, arts, and sciences for school and other various groups. Details on what we can do located here.
Archery — Let the arrows of war fly! Our archery group meets every Wednesday to shoot and socialize!
Bardic — We have multiple opportunities for people who like to participate in the Bardic arts to learn and perform!
Business Meeting — We meet on the 3rd Thursday of each month to plan events, activities, and take care of Baronial business. Schedule, Zoom link, and meeting minutes posted in the Sternfeld Facebook group.
Cooks Guild — The cooks meet on the 3rd Sunday of the month to talk, experiment with recipes, etc.
Costuming — The Gilded Costumers meet 1st Thursday of the month to talk about projects, give and receive advice, and listen to talks about specific areas.
Dance — There is an English Country Dance night on the second Thursday of the month.
Fighter Practice — We meet every Tuesday for Heavy and Rapier fighting practice. Many others come to socialize and work on hand projects. Come visit and get to know other Sternfelders!
Youth Fighting — The Youth Combat (both Heavy and Rapier) usually meets on the 4th Sunday of the month. Details are posted to the Sternfeld email list.
